About us

How do we work

At Cosmos Care Group, we are a team of health professionals with combined experience of more than 10 years in Disability support, clinical and complex care.

Together we bring our, on field experience of supporting daily activities, complex care and behaviour support implementation, working closely with particiapant's goals and focusing on participant's independence hand in hand with allied health team.

We alss support our participants to access NDIS right from assessments to report writing and applying for NDIS. We have our in-house training developed and delivered to our Care staff by Clinical educators.
